Blackboard survey or quiz questions cannot be transferred into PolyLearn for Fall 2011. |
| Description |
Methods used to transfer Moodle 1.9 questions do not work with Moodle 2.1. Moodle 2.1 just cam out. Waiting for Respondus and other methods to be develop. |

Respondus has created a tool that works with Moodle 2.1. The online form to request for question transfer will be available by Oct. 14. Question transfer requests will be processed in the order received between M-F 8-5pm. This process can take days or weeks depending on the number of questions and requests. |

Q&A forum subscription doesn't work if set to Auto or Optional Subscribe. Standard forum subscription doesn't work if set to Auto. |
| Description |
If the instructor creates a Q&A forum with Forced, Auto, or Optional subscription, the student must choose to receive emails. The student will receive their email, but not the other student's forum emails. This also occurs in the Standard forum with Auto subscription. |

If you want all students to get emails from the forum by choice, then choose the "Standard forum for general use" / Optional subscription mode. This is working now. Or if you want a different forum type, you will need to Force subscription. |

Import tool will not transfer activity dates into Calendar block. |

If the users chooses the Activities they will copy. The Calendar dates will need to be changed in the activity since they are for a past course. |

Currently, Glossaries can be imported, but their terms cannot. Terms must be first exported before the course Import, and then be imported into the new Glossary after the course Import is completed. To learn more about this, please go to export and import Glossary entries. |

Question types: simple calculated, calculated questions, and numerical will not work with adaptive settings. |
| Description |
Error: when a student checks answer on questions types listed, -.33 points are removed from their test points even if their answer was correct.
How questions behave is a display/grading option that affects how the questions behave while the student is taking the quiz.
Adaptive mode: This mode allows for the student to retry the questions within the same quiz attempt for diminished credit. A penalty will be applied for each incorrect response. |
